This is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office on bi-monthly basis, or more frequently, such as in the event of a department-wide meeting, depending on business necessity. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 2 hour commute to Temple, Tx

Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees as effective collaboration with stakeholders. Build, develop and maintain reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics to enable insights for business teams. Lead/develop data modernization/transformation.

Duties of the Position:

Work Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
- 10 years professional work experience in data and analytics field with recent strong focus on modern data/analytics platforms and digital transformation in the analytics space.
- 5 years professional experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution.
- 5 years' experience leading development teams in a project manager or management role.
- Familiarity with OLAP technologies, Cognos BI, Tableau, Azure, Oracle EPM and Planning and data warehousing and modern analytics architecture preferred.
Other Qualifications Required:
- Strong understanding of relational database structures across various DBMS platforms and ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of SQL.
- Passion for problem solving, strong desire to work with data/information and solid understanding of database concepts.
- Familiar with D&A concepts related to reporting, data visualization, data warehousing methodology and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead/delegate tasks, evaluate ROI, assist in prioritizing and engagement with senior leadership to build a data driven organization.
- Candidate will be involved with architecting, designing, building and implementing a modern D&A platform with focus on insights, enablement, content creation, advanced analytics and enterprise performance management.
