TA Onboarding Coordinator Job at Beaumont Services Center
This is a temporary position, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week for approximately for 6 months. The position is in-person, located at our Beaumont Service Center in Southfield.
General Summary:
Responsible for effectively and efficiently guiding new hires through the pre-employment process. Coordinates the gathering of required documentation and follows up on the completion of pre-employment activities.
Essential Duties:
Partner with team leads and TA consultants to efficiently initiate the pre-employment process for candidates that have accepted employment offers.
Initiates contact with new hires to welcome them to the organization. Clearly outlines what the steps are in the pre-employment process, advises of required documentation and ensures understanding. Provides formal employment offer letter.
Gathers all required documentation (identification, license, etc.), ensures that all BH forms are completed and that all clearances (employee health, credentialing, etc.) are obtained prior to initiating data entry into the system.

Education:
High School diploma required
Other Qualifications:
Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Manage multiple priorities and meet established timeframes
Proficient with various personal computer software applications including Word, Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems
