Position Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and execute recruiting projects for all types of positions, from entry level to professional and leadership staff.
- Create relationships with community partners—including area colleges and universities—to establish candidate pipelines.
- Identify outstanding candidates, and match them to roles where they will shine.
- Develop effective recruitment materials, in partnership with Marketing staff, for use at presentations and events.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of prior recruitment/staffing experience.
- Well organized, a strong self-starter and collaborative team player.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- $80,000-$95,000/yr based on education and experience.
