In our time of growth, we are seeking a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team.
Work Location(s): Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Recruit for healthcare industry positions (clinical and non-clinical)
- Track and report on recruiting performance metrics
- Schedule, plan, and attend recruiting events
- Work with Student Population to attract and retain up-and-coming talent
- Work with various schools to place students into internship roles
- Attend offsite job fairs and Community Outreach Events
- Some Saturdays and evenings may be required
- Project management to include clinical rotation and internships
What you need to bring to this role:
- Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience required
- Previous contract management experience preferred
- Previous experience hiring for clinical positions a major plus
- Previous experience in high volume setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required
- Ability to support virtual recruiting functions within and outside of normal business hours
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Polished in both personal appearance and interactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
