We're looking for a Tattoo Shop Manager to lead our artists and shop. The successful candidate will:
- Manage and maintain a clean work environment
- Manage social media responsibilites daily. This includes but is not limited to posting on our story feed, engaging with our audience, communicating with potential leads and clients through our inbox messages.
- Provide an enjoyable customer service experience for clientele and be able to mediate any concerns or issues that need attention.
- Answer/Redirect incoming phone calls
- Handle in-house sales, cashflow, and manage checks (Must have some relatable experience)
- Complete daily logs, work on CRM system and end-of-the-day reports
- Perform any other relatable tasks that they may need to be done to create a smooth and efficient workplace
Work Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 11am-7pm
Pay Benefits: Hourly Salary
