Fresno CPA Firm is seeking to add a full-time tax staff member to our team.
1-5 years of experience.
Position requirements:
o Knowledge of cash and accrual accounting
o Reconciliation of bank statements
o General ledger review and preparation of journal entries
o Verify and reconcile general ledger accounts
o Preparation and analysis of financial statements
o Payroll processing to include payroll tax deposits and preparation of federal and state payroll tax returns
o Sales tax and sales tax filings
o Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
o Highly organized and high attention to detail
o Able to keep track of multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines
o Planning with partners and other staff members about accounting and tax situation
o Communicating with clients regarding various accounting and tax issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
