Full time and part time positions available

This position is classified as non-exempt and reports to the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Team Leads are responsible for supporting the management teams in training new employees and be a reliable resource to those who are learning. Our Team Leads will need to stay up to date with menu changes and store procedure to provide the best possible customer service and adhere to food safety standards. Those chosen to be a Team Lead at Zaxby's will be expected to lead by example and be a positive role model for other team members.

Job Qualifications

The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be willing to work a minimum of 32 hours a week
• Must be willing to work all shifts(daytime, evenings, weekends)

Capabilities Requirement:

• Sit, stand, and walk continuously
• Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including the use of ladders
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead
• Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
• Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
• Maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the environment
• Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
• Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment
