Team Lead Expectations:

• Maintain a professional and positive appearance and attitude at all times
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of cannabis and the ability to discuss it comfortably
• Contribute positively to a team-orientated environment
• Remain current with cannabis education and industry updates
• Well versed in desktop computers, hand held devices, such as tablets, POS, and cellphones
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Eager to educate customers on cannabis strains, methods of consumption, effects, and trends
• Leads team by example, contributing to positive store morale
• Upholds all Cady Brook policies and communicates deficiencies to management
• Open and closing responsibilities as assigned
• Flexible team player with an aptitude for customer service

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store when scheduled
• Manage on-site and online menus
• Facilitate returns and address customer complaints or concerns quickly and efficiently
• Participate in inventory audits and counts
• Communicate regularly with management to outline any areas of concern operationally
• Ability to navigate Metrc and perform inventory moves as needed
• Greet customers and ensure inviting store atmosphere
• Verify proper identification for customers prior to purchase
• Participate in in-store maintenance (cleaning/organization)
• Tender transactions accurately and efficiently
• Take accountability for inventory/cash handling
• Accurate and timely service provided while working Check-In station phones and computer
• Stay up-to-date on industry changes and advancements
• Adhere to all compliance guidelines set forth by CCC
• Adhere to all company SOPs and policies
• Participate in store culture of inclusion, positivity and education
• Accurately reconcile cash drawers
• Willingness to take on additional duties with a positive attitude as assigned by management

Qualifications and Educational requirements:

• 21 years or older
• Industry experience highly preferred
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Successful completion of CORI check
• Excellent oral/written communication and basic math skills
• Competency with Microsoft Word/Google Drive
• POS Experience (Flowhub experience a plus)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds safely
• Must be able and willing to be on feet 6+ consecutive hours
• Must be reliable with the ability to report to the physical location within a timely manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
