Your Impact:
Managing and Developing a team of 30+
Collaborate with the owner/operator to create and implement new policies/procedures
Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety
Creating the schedule for your team
Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
Reporting directly to the Business Director to discuss the current/future state of the store
The Team Leadership position is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits; Health Insurance, PTO, 401(k) match.
Prior experience as a restaurant leader, catering manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager very helpful to the success at this job.
