Jack’s Maintenance Service is seeking a flexible, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor to help us shine!

As a Supervisor, we will depend on you for a variety of job duties. You will be responsible for leading your team to ensure customer satisfaction as well as performing custodial operations. (core job responsibilities including but not limited to):

• Completion of cleaning duties to company and customer standard
• Perform quality inspections of entire building(s) to ensure standards are met
• Oversee and progressively train and develop employees
• Ensures all policies and procedures of the company are followed
• Monitor productivity and efficiencies of all employees
• Maintain cooperative working relationships and excellent communication with all personnel and management
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualified candidates should have prior custodial and/or leadership experience. Candidates must be able to:

• Effectively communicate with people, including account personnel, supervisors and other Jack’s Maintenance employees
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to their team member(s)
• Take ownership of their assigned building(s) and employees to provide the highest quality service
• Produce valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required
• Have flexibility with scheduling to include weekends
• Position contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screening
