Summary:
Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Assistance (TA) Analyst to join our team providing TA analyst support for Health and Human Resources (HHS) public health preparedness and response programs under the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) contract. HRSA will be supporting health centers in transitioning the Health Center COVID-19 Response Program to a commercial distribution model while ensuring continued access to vaccine, testing, and therapeutics for HRSA-supported health centers. The HRSA will carry out public health preparedness and response protocols, coordination mechanisms, and training to enhance logistical support that enable health centers to respond to emerging health care issues.

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide TA for health centers based upon Health Center COVID-19 Response
  • Program and other health center needs to address public health priorities
  • Identifying opportunities and building collaborative relationships with HHS organizations and federal partners for implementation recommendations to successfully transitioning Health Center COVID-19 Response Programs to commercial distribution
  • Analyzing and identifying technical assistance needs for targeted audiences and developing activities and resources to meet those needs
  • Updating and developing health center TA products including fact sheets, infographics, and one-pagers
  • Evaluate and moderate existing online community resources to remove outdated content and update with timely resources and communications
  • Identify trends that may require additional targeted TA
  • Evaluating health center issues to determine TA assistance required
  • Responding to participant inquiries and feedback as well as guidance issued by HHS and other federal partners
  • Reviewing and developing bi-weekly newsletter program updates
  • Rapidly respond to new and concurrent emerging public health issues and ad-hoc requests
Qualifications:
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail and deadlines required
  • Possess high degree of diplomatic competence and discretion
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
  • Minimum five (5) or more years of experience providing technical assistance for recipients of federal funding/grants. Experience should include developing training and technical assistance materials; engaging with recipients on behalf of federal agency; and identifying trends/data to determine the need and type of technical assistance required
  • Experience designing and delivering technical assistance and training
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience providing technical assistance within the U.S. Health and Human Services and health care entities preferred
  • Prior experience with health organizations preferred

The salary range for this position is 118,000.00-148,000.00 Annually.
