• 5-10 years or more experience as a Tech Lead in SRE and DevOps

• Develop, deploy, and operate CI/CD pipeline(s) and SCM (GitHub) across development teams following P&G standards (Note, for Tide Cleaners this is performed via DevOps Engineer)

• Lead design of Azure technical infrastructure leveraging P&G design principles and approved Azure resources

• Document technical infrastructure per P&G standards

• Provision AWS/Azure development, staging, production, & training environments while working closely with the P&G CloudOps team.

• Collaborate with development teams on configuration, setup, and incident resolution

• Collaborate with Application Manager on Risk Management (iRisk) and Information Security Compliance (PSAT)

• Monitor cloud environment / resources to ensure overall application health including implementing changes in response to system-wide performance changes, anomalous behavior, and/or info-security policy changes

• AWS/Azure monitoring to ensure optimal resource utilization/costs

• Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform

• Experience with server-less approaches using Lambda/Azure Functions

• Automation processes to simplify SDLC

• Ability to work remote and to collaborate or mentor other members

• Experience working in cross-functional teams

• Requirements gathering and feature analysis
