Job Requirement
Responsible for candidate search and recruiting activities. Conducts interviews to gauge prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.
Evaluates candidate profiles from a variety of perspectives such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities.
Works with senior HR specialists at Data Ninjas to understand job and needs requirements. Searches for candidates and develops a strong pipeline of preliminary candidates using agencies, recruiting contractors, on a variety of job boards, and other resources.
Prepares ratings on applicants, provides applicants with information on the company
Basic Qualifications
1-2 Years experience in recruiting candidates for IT and other technology roles
Desired Skills
Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Project management and event planning experience is a definite plus
- Problem solver/solution focused
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to develop mutually effective relationships with leaders, peers, and external stakeholders to achieve results
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive documents and information
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint and/or GSuite of Products;
