Job Summary: As a Technical Repairs employee at ATEQ TPMS Tools, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing all TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) tools, ensuring the tools are working correctly before returning them to owner and maintaining an efficient turnaround time for ATEQ customers.

Supervisory Responsibility:

None

Responsibilities/Duties:

Manage service tracking

Communicate with customers about the status of their repair(s)

Test all devices to ensure tool works properly

Provide all documentation to appropriate parties for adequate invoicing

Build instruments based on provided technical development specifications

Be able to follow all ISO 9001 instructions and procedures to ensure quality

standards are met

Required Skills/Abilities:

Some College Desired

2 years of experience in customer service is required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Fast Paced Environment

Work Independently

Attention to detail

Time Management

Technical and/or Mechanical Skills

Organization Skills

Must have excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

Associates Degree

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
