Job responsibilities

- Identify customer needs, and prepare quotes.

- Analyze requests, advise customers and monitor their satisfaction

- Establish and management customers relation, from order taking to delivery in connection with the logistics and accounting department

- Occasionally, organize customer tours, and include potential customers or low-turnover customers to develop sales

- Perform commercial follow-up of the customers (promotional operations, loyalty, satisfaction surveys)

- Contribute to the development of sales by participating in the definition of technical and commercial or marketing actions to be implemented

- Establish reports to monitor the Spare Parts activity

- Contribute to the development of the team's skills

- Participate and be a force of proposal for the continuous improvement of the company

- Identify and report any warranty issues to management

- Transmit all information likely to develop the commercial activity or to evolve the equipment and security

- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques

- Proficient in excel and Microsoft office suite
