The Technology Recruiting Team is responsible for hiring best in class talent for the Firm’s rapidly growing Technology group across the world. As a team, we are focused on creating an exceptional experience for clients and candidates and strive to exceed expectations at all times.

As the U.S. Technology Recruitment Manager, you will lead a team of talent professionals toward achieving our ambitious hiring goals in the U.S. You will be accountable for the results of your team with a strong focus on the strategies and processes that lead to our shared success.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 + talent professionals to drive the design and delivery of strategic programs, initiatives, and team needs
  • Support the growth and development of your team, with particular focus on mentoring and training the more junior members
  • Develop and deploy best-in-class practices and processes for the end-to-end candidate experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to meet hiring goals
  • Identify best practices and build processes to build talent pools of pipelined candidates for upcoming roles/skillsets, with particular focus on DEI initiatives
  • Assess leading practices in the marketplace and create/integrate innovative engagement methods to expand our brand presence and meet our talent needs
  • Leverage your market knowledge to be a trusted strategic partner to the Head of Technology Recruiting, hiring managers, and your colleagues in HR
  • Evaluate and manage our local recruiting agency partners, to ensure the appropriate coverage and support for hiring the best talent
  • Partner with the Technology Recruiting Programs Associate to evaluate and develop regular reporting metrics, presenting, and informing on talent activities to leadership and decision makers through multiple communication channels
  • Apply data to build solutions and drive business results that exceed clients’ expectations
  • Leverage metrics to measure the achievement and success of key recruiting programs and team members to improve attraction, selection and retention of talent based on labor market search and benchmarks
  • Utilize recruiting metrics to inform and modify strategies to continually meet and exceed the talent acquisition service levels
  • Serve as a Firm ambassador for hiring technical talent

What’s Required

The successful candidate has a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and possesses the following competencies and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in technical recruiting with 3+ years of previous experience leading a technical recruiting team, ideally within the financial services industry
  • A track record of process improvement, implementing best practices, referencing data to make decisions, leading action plans, and executing to organizational goall
  • Proven strengths in vendor management to support the use of local staffing agencies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot with little notice
  • Global mindset with an ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with hiring managers, team members and partners across the organization
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, and ability to work with, and influence, multiple facets of the organization cross-functionally
  • Strong communications skills and project management experience
  • Strong capabilities in strategy creation and execution and data analytics, with a mindset for innovation, impact, and growth
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify obstacles and viable solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
