Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our busy chiropractic office as a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the therapies by assisting with patient therapies, providing exceptional customer service, some backup front desk work, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing patients for therapy sessions by setting them up on appropriate therapies and ensuring their comfort.
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions, ensuring they receive the necessary care and attention.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy area, including sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies as needed.
- Perform light cleaning duties in the office, such as tidying up waiting areas, treatment rooms, and common areas.
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the efficient flow of patients and overall office operations.
- Adhere to all office policies and procedures, including privacy and safety regulations.
