Requirements for Travel Therapy/Rehabilitation - PT Home Health:
- Must have 1-2 year minimum PT home health experience and HCHB charting a must.
- Active license is a MUST.
- COVID19 vaccinated is a MUST.
- Required Certifications: PT (TN) License in hand, BLS
