Come join our team of early educators in a unique childcare setting for this toddler teacher position.
This teaching position includes leading implementation of curriculum while supervising / caring for toddlers 12 - 25 months. Familiarity with CTELDS while following the Creative Curriculum model to bring routines and a structured environment to young children. Ensuring art, science, gross motor movement, literacy area all part of each day or week's activities. Group sizes are a maximum of 8 children with a partner teacher and an assistant.
Duties include supervision and care of children, curriculum planning, light housekeeping / straightening of rooms at closing.
Completed or near completion of a BA in Early Education or related fields is preferred but not required.
Experience with NAEYC is preferred as is experience working in a childcare setting with toddler aged children.
This Position includes paid time off, holidays, lunch, and paid training. Employees are eligible for health insurance (after 90 days). All snow days are paid as well.
