W hat you'll do:

The Training Content Specialist is responsible for creating LMS courses to provide installation, programming, and troubleshooting training to the field service team. The Training Content Specialist will collaborate with engineering, field service, product development, and training to ensure accurate and essential information is provided to the field service team.

  • Develops and implements self-led online learning courses for new and lead technicians per the latest SCORM guidelines, using Articulate software for the LMS platform.
  • Works with engineering, product development, and training teams to obtain materials needed for content creation.
  • Proactively maintains knowledge on current, and future products, and software.
  • Collaborates with others to maintain LMS course standards.
  • Assesses the need for new courses that tailor the curriculum to the company’s goals and standards.

What you'll bring:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
  • 4+ years of professional work experience in a technical role, preferably in the A/V industry
  • 2+ years of professional work experience in LED/LCD video wall installation, programming, and troubleshooting
  • Proficient with Articulate and SCORM formatting (Preferred)
