This position reports directly to the Little Rock C-130J MATS Site Manager and assists in
managing the current C-130J MATS TSSC Program Flying Training requirements and the development of future training forecasting. Primary duties relate to oversight of training resources and the processes for developing and coordinating training plans, device modification scheduling inputs, and interaction with JMATS customers to ensure the best quality-training products possible. Assists in development of customer training requirement proposals. Coordinates and develops long-range Program Flying Training plans and works closely with C-130J customers, stakeholders and end users for training schedule changes. Implements and supports Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs, and policies as directed. Additional duties include product quality control for configured courseware (lessons, guides, and CBTs). Successful candidates will review courseware and content for grammatical/typographical errors as well as unauthorized content changes to ensure change management practices are followed.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have worked in an environment where the candidate was required to interact with multiple functional areas of a diverse nature and used analytical methods to develop solutions and plan a course of action.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Training Management Systems.
The candidate must have demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent leadership traits, strong oral & written communication abilities, ability to organize projects, and a high desire to provide superior customer service.
Must have demonstrated ability to develop and implement error free plans and programs with little or no supervision.
Must have the capacity to analyze large and evolving datasets with conflicting demands to establish internal and external priorities based on customer requirements.
Ability to dissect spreadsheets, training extracts, and files in various formats with large quantities of data to meet program needs.
Must be capable of attaining a SECRET clearance.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
