Job Title: Front Office Training Specialist (FOTS)
Employment Type: Full-Time (M-F 8-5 local time for minimum expectation)

Job Summary
The Front Office Training Specialist will play a key role in developing our talent at Crash Champions. This role will report to the Training Specialist Manager. This individual will have a keen understanding of the impact on company revenue and market momentum that is realized by the availability of clear, effective training material. The role requires passion, creativity, excellent communications skills, and a propensity to action.
As a Front Office Training Specialist you will be working directly with Operations to enhance the competencies of individual team members by designing and conducting training programs that will boost workplace performance in alliance with Crash Champions values. You will be responsible for performing training need assessments and managing all phases of training interventions. This role will be vital in enabling the Crash Champions organization to create a best-in-class team member experience and continue our exponential growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- Translate requirements into trainings that will benefit next steps for career growth
- Designing and conducting training programs
- Deliver structured learning experiences remotely and in person
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into team members work behavior
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes Continued awareness of new trends and tools in team member development
- Assisting in cross functional project teams as needed or miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1 year experience in corporate training a plus
- Minimum 2 years of collision industry knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 10% to states in which we do business
- Firm decision making and organization skills
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
Special Skills
- Instructional Design – the ability to help create training programs/materials that are engaging, informative, and effective
- Project Management – the ability to oversee the development of training programs and
materials require extensive knowledge of project management skills. FOTS with strong project management skills can also delegate tasks to other members of their team and ensure that training projects meet their deadlines.
- Communication – the ability to communicate with a variety of people, including other directors, managers, FOTS, and team members. Effective communication can help you convey information clearly and answer questions. You can also use communication to build relationships with others.
- Technology – the ability to utilize technology to create training materials, develop presentations and create online courses. They may also use technology to track team member progress and evaluate training programs. Familiarity with diverse types of technology can help you be more effective in your role.
- Assessment – the ability to assess skill and knowledge levels will allow you to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your trainees. You can use assessment skills to create training plans that help each trainee improve their skills. Assessment skills also allow you to identify which trainees may need additional support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
