Essential Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with new and existing clients while understanding the medical conditions and identifying special requirements necessary to ensure the highest vehicle safety standards.
- Input client data using the current scheduling system.
- Communicate with dispatch and office personnel regarding scheduling issues and concerns, and maintain appropriate reports.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to staff and employee personnel pertaining to changes in client capabilities and requirements.
- Participate in regular quality control meetings. Communicate delivery system performance concerns and potential solutions for improvement.
- Extract and manage scheduling information in order to place clients on time-efficient schedules.
- Cross-train to learn and function in dispatch and operations.
- High School Diploma or GED and related experience
- Excellent administrative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Relate well with persons with disabilities, employees, contractors and general public
- Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office and HBSS applications preferred.
- Have current or able to receive school bus certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Compensation: $18.50 / hour
