We are seeking an Office Manager for a busy and growing tree farm and woodshop. The Office Manager will be responsible for answering phones, emails and other correspondence, invoices and other billing, marketing posts on social media and the general day-to-day operations of the company. Above all, we are looking for a professional, charismatic individual who is able to work well under pressure and maintain consistent workflow within a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, phone calls, text messages and social media messages.
- Write up job orders.
- Post daily on social media.
- Payroll.
- File documents.
- Coordinate workshops and events.
- Work a variety of projects simultaneously in collaboration with team members.
- Take charge of several projects at once.
- Monitor communications systems to check for missed calls; Be on hand to assist customers with questions and meet with customers at the office or on the farm.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
