Summary of Position:

Responsible for planning and implementing orientation and in-service education programs with identified instructional outcomes under the direction and guidance of the Administrative Nurse Manager. Teaches pertinent content to staff on the unit. Contributes to the quality of patient care by participation in quality improvement activities and research.

Education, Training & Experience:

• Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in New York State
• BSN required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Three years experience in Clinical Nursing Practice
