We are looking for a dynamic university recruiting professional that will deliver a positive, personalized candidate experience and attract quality talent to Siemens. You have a proven track- record of creating inclusive, innovative campus recruitment strategies through robust consultation and relationship building with business stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be hiring for our intern and development program positions across the US.

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of interns and rotational development program hires from initial demand consulting through offer extension. You will act as the main point of contact for your candidates and program managers throughout the selection process.

  • Manage the full life-cycle campus/early career recruiting.
  • Establish relationships and develop strategic plans on campus with career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Support and manage select on-campus recruiting events, on-campus interviews, and national diversity conferences. Travel is required during peak recruiting season of the fall and spring.
  • Use data to evaluate source effectiveness, progress, and process improvements.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers to best understand their talent needs and consult on strategic recruiting guidance.
  • Partner effectively with broader People & Organization ecosystem related to workforce planning, compliance, onboarding, and other processes.
  • Develop strategies to grow diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking & national conference participation.
  • Leverage your recruiting knowledge, data analytics, and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment efforts.
  • Elevate Siemens employer brand across university campuses and Handshake by working with ambassador teams to create on-campus strategies, organizing info sessions, attending career fairs, networking events, and conducting interviews.
  • Coach and guide program managers and ambassadors on best practices for on-campus and diversity conference participation.

What you will need:

  • Associate degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment or related experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to develop relationships with senior professionals and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated client-facing experience.
  • Highly organized and results driven.
  • Ability to travel for campus events, team meetings, and national conferences (20 – 30%)
