- Must have a valid TX Driver license (no out of state license)
- Must have a 4 door car, SUV/Van, or pickup truck
- Must have valid insurance
- Can’t have any DUI or DWI within the past 12 months
- No moving violations or tickets within the past 12 months
- No accidents a total of 3 within the past three years.
