KeyStaff is hiring for a Warehouse Clerk in 78634, Austin, Texas!!!

Pay: $15 per hour

Shift(s): Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Requirements (What you will be graded on):

• High school diploma or equivalency (GED)

Job Responsibilities (What you will be doing during the work day):

• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items as necessary
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
• Conducts inventory and maintains inventory records

Job Expectations (What you need to bring to the table):

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Must be able to stand and walk the entire scheduled shift and also bend frequently, twist, reach, stretch, kneel, squat, push, pull, and lift up items that may weigh up to 75 pounds.
