The Role

We build enterprise digital tools for millions of customers to solve high value problems and enable the best customer experience. We are building a Digital Vault platform as a top Digital Priority for Fidelity to reduce paper, print, postage and manual work. Does building software for millions of users excite you? The Team

As Squad Leader / Director of Product Management, you will help create the vision and lead the building of the Digital Vault platform. The Digital Vault is a Core and Common platform that will be used by all Fidelity business units to provide amazing experience to all our customers and partners. You will work with customers, business partners, engineering & design teams in multiple countries.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled technical leader and has proven experience setting product direction and leading teams to deliver API based enterprise platforms and services. This candidate has built high scale product platforms, brings an acute attention to detail, concisely communicates complex concepts, and is equally passionate about 99.9999% reliability and enabling outstanding customer solutions.

The Expertise You Have

• Strong product delivery, prioritization, and product management skills.
• Experience working in a product development agile team with at least 2+ yrs. as a lead
• Built high scale and highly usable products and platforms

The Skills You Bring

• Proven delivery of high scale software platforms
• Ability to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts
• Beyond just shipping new products, you help with continuous product and process improvement
• Great Agile and leadership skills

• Work closely with customer prospects, engineering, design, and multi-functional teams in building and supporting solutions that delight our customers
• Lead the product vision, execution, and roadmap
