Must be able to work flexible hours, including some Saturday mornings. We are looking for someone who has strong work ethics, is energetic, and can fit right into our team! Preference given to those with previous veterinary assistant experience.

Requirements of the job:

• Drug-free and no record of felonies

Details of job:

• Proper restraint of animals in different situations and for various procedures, administering medications, entering records into an electronic medical record system, venipuncture for blood draws and IV catheterization, surgical prep, taking radiographs, client interaction and education during physical exams and general patient care.
• Applicant must be motivated and cheerful, and be able to work well with others
• Applicant must be able to multitask and handle stressful situations
• Applicant must be able to pay attention to details and have a positive attitude about their work
• Applicant must have good personal communication skills
• Applicant must be able to get to work on time for every shift
