First Coast Veterinary Specialists & Emergency in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a full time experienced Veterinary Technician for our growing 24- hour emergency hospital.

Willing to work a rotating schedule that includes nights, one weekend day or night, and rotating holidays while maintaining an upbeat, positive demeanor at all times along with a spirit of cooperation and TEAMWORK!

Required skills and knowledge:

· Digital Radiographs

· In-house lab work

· Blood draws

· IV placement

· All aspects of patient care and monitoring

· Surgical and anesthesia monitoring

· A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in an animal hospital, preferably emergency, is required.
