Rally Ready Driving School is one of only 3 rally racing schools in the USA. We are located just outside of Austin, TX and offer a variety of rally racing experiences for individuals, groups, and corporate outings.

Rally Ready is looking for an experienced, full-time video editor to join our growing team. Priority is given to local in-person candidates although remote editors would be considered.

Primary objective(s) of position

Grow Rally Ready’s revenue and brand visibility through timely, engaging videos as requested from our marketing and sales teams. With a team of creatives, develop educational, informative, and hilarious content centered around the sport of Rally Racing.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Work directly with the CEO on creating disruptive educational, informative, and sales content for the motorsports and off-road industry.

Participate in weekly strategy meetings, distill company vision to actionable weekly deliverables.

Help ensure weekly and monthly marketing targets are met.

Develop the brand's personality, style, and voice through our videos.

Deliver assets on time, often in near real-time.

Grow our livestream capabilities for weekly broadcasts from live in cars at our 140 acre facility.

Summary of expected outcome(s)

Deliver on-brand content to marketing / sales teams

Meet deadlines for internal and external deliverables for clients.

Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved.

Identify needs and engage with Rally Ready media staff as needed to ensure all content meets guidelines.

Present Rally Ready as a destination regionally, nationally, and globally.

Essential Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable media experience preferably within motorsport or event / entertainment industries.

Ability to communicate confidently and succinctly via telephone, email, and in person.

Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.

Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.

Strong networking skills.

Motivated self-starter.
