SUMMARY

The Video Engineer will oversee the set-up/strike of video components prior to assigned events. Additionally, this role will assist in the execution of the event script, as assigned, assuring all event elements and corporate sponsorship obligations are fulfilled while enhancing the overall live sporting event atmosphere.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Paint cameras as well as design looks through detailed menu knowledge
• Set-up, time and configure all camera components and confirm all video signals
• Properly operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment
• Oversee proper strike and storage of equipment
• Assist department in maintaining high level of event production
• Ensure camera equipment is used and stored properly
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• College Education or the equivalent experience,
• Minimum 2 years video shading experience in a live broadcasting environment
• Knowledgeable in technology and comfortable working with new and varied types of equipment
• Able to lift equipment and cables.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
