National Vision is currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our growing team!

This role requires the employee to work in our office in Duluth, GA three days a week.

The role is responsible for supporting the Visual Merchandising team in all day to day efforts, including project coordination, store orders, distribution of signage & materials and vendor collaboration.

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

• Creates and maintains new store and remodel pick lists for America's Best, Eyeglass World, Walmart Vision Center, Vista Optical and Military stores.
• Provides print portal maintenance for all brands to ensure accuracy and availability of store items.
• Places custom inquires to Supply Logic for Visual Merchandising projects.
• Places custom orders for stores through Corporate portal.
• Updates and maintains details on store types/fixtures/signage packages for all entities.
• Responsible for database development and maintenance for all Visual Merchandising fields.
• Assists in the collection of information pertaining to new store signage packages, working with Real Estate, Merchandising and outside vendors.
• Updates and maintains monthly Merchandising & Marketing store communication package.
• Assists with store surveys, site visits, etc.
• Assists with store communication pieces.
• Manages monthly frame launch materials, including in-store materials.
• Works directly with the stores for signage needs/requests.

Work Experience

• 0-2 years experience in Merchandising or Marketing. (Required)

Education

• Four year college degree or equivalent experience. (Required)

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Retail Marketing (Preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal/written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
• Uses creative reasoning, past experience, and all available resources to resolve issues.
• Manages multiple assignments, sets priorities, and adapts to changing conditions and work assignments.
• Able to work independently within a set of guidelines.
• Requires meeting strict deadlines.

The pay rate for this position is $58,519 to $87,779 per year.
