Vivint Gives Back is seeking a mission driven, passionate, results-oriented professional to join its organization. Vivint Gives Back, a Vivint-led charitable nonprofit, organizes projects domestically and internationally to support and uplift those in need, as part of Vivint’s commitment to being conscientious community partners.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee Vivint Gives Back’s communications strategy and implementation, partnerships with local organizations, and domestic programs. You will have a strong background in communications, events, community relations, marketing, critical thinking, and problem solving.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Craft PR packages and support media campaigns that elevate awareness of the foundation.
- Work with leadership to develop a marketing and communications plan for all VGB events.
- Support and execute programs that elevate Vivint’s brand nationally through community partnership projects.
- Coordinate company natural disaster response to ensure safety of our employees and customers.
- Help to support leadership in the creation of internal process and programs that drive efficiencies.
- Maintain relevant data for programs this role supports.
- Work effectively cross functionally throughout the company to promote key volunteer and fundraising initiatives.
- Respond to and assess all incoming requests for Vivint Gives Back.
Required Skills:
- Ability to think quickly, and thoroughly prioritize and complete tasks under multiple deadlines in differing projects.
- Comfortable giving interviews, podcasts, and public speaking.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability in a variety of work environments, including international locations.
- Have a strong sense of ownership in project management to ensure things move forward and proactively take steps to resolve issues as they arise.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills to assist in the creation of actionable execution plans
- Background in using Airtable is helpful
Required Education/Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, communications, and marketing.
- Understanding of and demonstrated experience in community partnership, marketing, team leadership, and cross-departmental relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use new programs quickly.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This job will also operate in project settings such as warehouses, schools, and international locations as needed.
This job requires travel internationally.
