2nd Shift- 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Position components and/or sub-assemblies in a correct relationship by either manual means or by using locating fixtures.
-Secure with mechanical fasteners (screws, clips, etc.) or adhesives
-Check parts and alignment, setting aside faulty material and notify Supervisor
-Clean parts and/or sub-assemblies as required
-Repair damage to painted parts with a brush or spray
-Connect to gas/air/electric test equipment and check as specified
-Package, carton and identify (stencil, etc.)
-Determine and record production counts
-Keep equipment and working area clean and in good order
-Perform quality checks as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Responsible for quality and parts that meet customer expectations
-Meet customer deadlines
-Ability to acquire necessary skills/knowledge/certifications as required
-Take ownership for the accuracy of processes
-Work successfully in a team environment & handle multiple tasks
-Effectively interact & communicate within the team and other functional groups

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
High School Diploma, or equivalent, preferred

Or

If no High School Diploma/equivalent, must have 2 years of Manufacturing experience or 3 years of relevant continuous work experience

*Successful candidates who do not possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, must register with one of the two HiSet programs provided by our corporation and must complete within one year.*
