The Opportunity
We are currently hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates and Equipment Operators in our West Chester and Monroe distribution centers.

Your Impact
- Operate RF device for all department functions
- Unload trailers by pallet jack or PIT if certified.
- Separate freight and build pallets
- Support all CSI philosophies in promoting a positive work environment
- Complete training and operate equipment in department as needed
- Assist in training new employees within the department
- Work with other departments to ensure accuracy and to uphold the distribution center requirements of quality and customer satisfaction
- All other duties as directed by CSI Management
What You Bring
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs., or for some roles, an average of 50-75 lbs.
- Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English
- Move within the department as needed
- Follow methods and procedures of the receiving department
- Follow and meet all required methods and procedures of the STAR program.
- Work accurately and effectively in a motivated environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Starting pay for Team Members ranges from $18 - $23/hour., based on position, location, and shift. Now hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Shift times vary by location and position. All shifts/position times are not always available.
