Compensation: This is a non-exempt, hourly role. Hourly rates start at $19.00+/hr, plus Over Time (paid at 1.5x), plus Bonuses. Annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $52,190.75 and $77,153.00 or more, depending on experience, overtime hours worked, and bonuses.

Summary:

The Maintenance associate is responsible for all building maintenance-related duties. This includes light troubleshooting and major repair work as needed. In addition, the Maintenance associate will be responsible for maintaining the electrical, plumbing and cleanup of the different departments within the building.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for minor and major building maintenance repairs.
• Perform plumbing repairs.
• Perform carpentry and plastering.
• Paint, remodel, and repair the flooring.
• Complete installations and demolitions through the facility.
• Responsible for general clean-up.
• Conduct the equipment checklist and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Requirements:

• High School or GED education is required.
• 1+ years of Maintenance experience preferred
• Forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
• Electrical and plumbing experience as well as a technical certificate is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and/or with little supervision.
• Knowledge of using a computer or tablet is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred).
• Ability to travel as required.
• Effective communication skills
• Troubleshooting abilities
