Newparts, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager for our facility in Gordonsville, TN.
Due to exceptional growth and significant growth planned in 2023 and beyond we are looking to hire the right candidate that can grow with us for the long term. We are a locally owned and operated direct to consumer specialty auto parts business that fulfills 1000's of orders daily.
Responsibilities Include:
- Management and supervision of all staff, teams and scheduling
- Direct oversight of all inventory related functions including counts, replenishment processes, shipping processes
- Facility oversight including organization, upkeep, safety and janitorial
- Take accountability of all processes and people related to our distribution center and treat it as your own
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Local to the area
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Came from a winning organization that has seen exceptional growth
- Willing and able to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to succeed
- Ability to streamline and enhance processes related to operations
- Proven management experience in warehouse operations
- Able to adapt to technology changes and enhancements as we grow

Pay: $36,212.48 - $95,441.57 per year
