Boxette Logistics & Fulfillment is an International company operating in 7 countries and expanding.

In the USA we operate 2 warehouses, both located in Delaware, where we provide Freight and Mail Forwarding; Pick-Pack-Ship; FBA prep and FBM services to our local and international customers. We grow every year in terms of our client base, as well as warehouse space and coverage of the new locations in different parts of the world.

At our international and fast growing company, we have a Warehouse Supervisor opportunity, for both of our warehouses located in New Castle, Delaware, available for an individual that thrives on customer satisfaction, can motivate a team and can work independently of supervision. This is a full time job, 40-45 hours working week 5-6 days a week. The job is for a hands-on supervisor, who actively assists the team with daily warehouse work. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, pays close attention to detail and can keep track of multiple priorities. In order to be a successful candidate, you must have prior warehouse supervisory experience, be able to lift up to 75 lbs, be familiar with computers and have a steady work history with strong professional references.

Main duties are:

Managing the workflows of our warehouses to fulfill the following tasks:

• Receiving freight from delivery services, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS and other delivery services and registering them in our WMS.
• Picking, Packing and shipping orders.
• Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks and store household goods.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping area; complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Using our WMS for registering the shipments, conducting planned inventory checks.
• Attention to details
• Provide outstanding customer service to our external and internal customers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience at 3pl warehouse managing position
• Ability to Lift 75lbs+
• Proficiency in Excel
• Languages - English - Must; Russian - is a plus.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
