As a successful Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and protection of equipment.

What you will do:

• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Ensure the accuracy of the inventory.
• Account for all materials and supplies in the respective warehouse locations. Audit goods received into warehouse.
• Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and are filled out accurately.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues. Provide input into hiring, firing and performance reviews.
• Achieve a Culture of Excellence through training, coaching and mentoring of associates. Instill behaviors relevant to Fiserv values, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Analyze production schedules and labor requirements and establish or adjusts work procedures to meet production commitments.

What you will need to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, is required with 4-6 years of direct experience with 1-3 years in management.
• Experience in a dynamic, high volume production environment and understanding of production concepts.
• Seeking a problem solver that is able to research and analyze to resolve a comparable solution to drive productivity on your shift.
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods

What would be great to have:

• Minimum-Associates Degree in Industrial Management or related is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills
• Deep knowledge of production operation
• Prioritizing work assignments based on deadlines
