Yellowhouse Machinery is currently accepting applications for the Parts Warehouse Professional job position at our Midland, Texas location. This position performs customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership. Job Essential Duties:

• Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely manner with emphasis on Service Dept. orders.
• Promotes and adheres to company policy at all times with emphasis on a team mentality.
• Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments.
• Coordinates the shipping of all parts using established national carriers.
• Monitors shortages/overages and expedites processing through reporting to Parts Manager.
• Coordinates and performs perpetual inventory counting as directed by the Parts Manager.
• Pulls, packs and ships monthly surplus returns accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assists customers with loading/unloading of orders and returns.
• Assists Parts Counter Salesperson with pulling of parts orders as needed.
• Assists in keeping Parts Department, warehouse and all related parts areas clean and orderly including exterior storage or staging areas.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Promotes customer service at all times throughout the organization.
• Executes other duties as assigned by management.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Understands basic inventory control.
• Basic data entry/keyboarding skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift items weighing 75+ lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain fork lift certification.
• Experience working both independently and in a team setting.
• Pass a background check, drug test and physical.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.91 - $28.96 per hour
