King David Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Receptionist to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. Receptionist Responsibilities
- Operate telephone and/or paging system
- Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the nature of the call and direct the caller to the appropriate personnel and/or department
- Receive, sort, stamp, and distribute in-house and out-going mail as directed
- Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information
- Report suspicious persons, unusual occurrences, and unsafe/hazardous conditions to Supervisor immediately
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may become necessary or appropriate
Receptionist Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- COVID-19 Vaccination
Preferred
- 1+ years of healthcare receptionist experience
