Your focus will be incoming lead facilitation as an Inside Sales Agent: answering incoming calls, outbound calling, texting and emailing daily. You are the MOST important person in continuing our team's #1 success!

People friendly! Must be well organized and tech savvy! TAKE-CHARGE work ethic, excellent communicator and a fast learner. You must have an intense ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Real Estate or Property Management experience HIGHLY preferred. We offer an active atmosphere in a service-oriented business where top level customer service is a must.

Training: You will first train three days a week Tuesday-Thursday 10am-2pm in the office for the first 90 days. Your weekend schedule kicks in after training.

***HOURS ARE FRIDAY 4PM-8PM, SATURDAY 10AM-6PM & SUNDAY 12PM-6PM***

PAY: Hourly pay of $18 per hour for the first 90 days. After training period the pay increases to $22 per hour. $100 bonuses for each closed lead after the 90 day program. Pay raises each year in the position along with increases in closing bonuses.
