The Wellness Director - RN works closely with the Care team to ensure the proper management of medications and monitors team members in the administration of medication, including frequent audits of medication records. Our Wellness Director - RN will be responsible for ordering medications from the pharmacy, maintaining accurate records and assuring that medications are properly stored and accounted for. As our Registered Nurse on site, you will have the ultimate responsibility to observe our Resident's health status and take actions to address concerns within scope of practice as well as providing clinical support, guidance, and training within your Community. You will be responsible for evaluating clinical systems as well as implementing all Volante Senior Living standards, policy, and procedures.

You will also be interacting with Residents, families, fellow associates, physicians, pharmacies and other visitors on a daily basis, so we expect you to be professional and caring. We’ll expect you to contribute to the team effort by being flexible in work assignments, taking the initiative to furnish support in all situations, meet our attendance expectations and maintain an appropriate work pace to meet established schedules. At times you’ll be providing assistance or reminders with activities of daily living for our Residents, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, and transferring as needed. We may also ask you to assist with Resident’s personal environments, activities, meal preparation/presentation and other tasks to ensure the Resident’s comfort and contentment.
