Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting all guests with a warm welcome
- Have menu knowledge of all wiches
- Prep, clean and cut vegetables
- Stock back-up dressings
- Weigh, pan, and date label all products
- Maintain product standards
- Restock station supplies as needed, including reach-in.
- Assist in receiving, verifying, and rotating product deliveries (FIFO)
- Use recipes and production tools
- Ensure order is correct and sides/accompaniments are included
- Call out each sandwich order by guest name
- Perform any other duties as required
Safety and Sanitation:
- Maintain a clean and sanitized area behind the line and in dining room
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes to sanitation standard
- Must be able to lift over head up to 15lbs
- Frequently lifting 15 lbs and occasionally 25lbs
Pay: $11-$14/hour including tips
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
