Workday Product Analyst Job at Shake Shack

The Workday Product Analyst ensures that Workday is meeting the needs of the company and team members, and that it is functioning at a high level of efficiency and effectiveness for all Enterprise Workday product modules including HELP (Case Management), PRISM, Messaging, Journeys, Security, Integrations, and System functions. Strong customer service and software delivery processes and methodologies are essential for delivering enterprise solutions in a high demand environment. The position will also involve collaborating with and prioritizing an offshore AMS team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research and analyze data to develop product strategies that improve Workday performance
Manage and own product backlog and roadmap for product modules to align with business objectives
Design and update processes to ensure effective and efficient management of product infrastructure
Partner with internal business and technology teams to deliver business value utilizing industry best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
Deep knowledge in product development methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, Six Sigma)
Strong understanding of Workday Security and/or have administered Workday Security. Knowledge of integration technologies.
Workday systems administration and configuration in a technical or functional capacity
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Should also be able to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
