Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides assistance and support via telephone, email and onsite for resetting passwords, wireless network connection, Blackboard support, printers, computers, and other equipment.
Provides proper lab sanitation and social distancing guidance and official campus policy enforcement for lab occupants as needed.
Sanitizes lab areas as students/users leave throughout the shift.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a willingness to learn.
Ability to commit to the work schedule established each semester and to arrive on time for work consistently.
Helpful with a customer service oriented and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively and congenially in spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with computer hardware and software (desired).
