About the Job:
As a Counselor, you will play a key role in acquiring and engaging the students/professionals and help them in selecting the suitable product by understanding their requirements.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the sales ecosystem and is ready to work in a team. Proactiveness and discipline are the traits we are looking for.
As a Counselor, you will play a key role in acquiring and engaging the students/professionals and help them in selecting the suitable product by understanding their requirements.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
- Handling inbound and out bound student and professionals queries over calls
- Career counseling for students
- Understanding International Finance course and closing leads for those courses
- Selling portfolio of education and career related products
- Calling for corporate communication
- Collecting data and sending regular market feedback reports to the top management
- Any other office coordination for arranging corporate meetings and coordination for the same.
- Any other task which has been assigned by the senior management.
Required qualification & Skills
Any Graduate/Post graduate
Excellent teamwork skills
Proactive problem-solving approach and is highly obedient & disciplined.

Highly fluent in English and Hindi
Minimum 1 years of working experience in counseling/sales or corporate communication.
Compensation:
Salary: 2.2 lacs - 2.8 lacs (annual)
