Our company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued business with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage their accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to generate new revenue
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and recommend strategies for improvement
- Resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed
